I had the previledge of catering Kristina and Jon's wedding on the July 6th 2009. We created a mix of American, Asian with fondue type dipping sauces. The bride loved the Melting Pot, the groom loved Asian food and the family wanted Good ol' American beef and potatoes. It turned out wonderful! I can't wait to add this to my dinner menu.
